    I think so, yeah. I guess it will vary from area to area. Don't be shy about asking what help's available. The idea is to get you better as soon as possible. Some doctors are more clued up about what's available in their area than others, so will suggest things. Others you have to ask. They each have their fields that they have an interest in I guess. Check online as well, there will probably be some local support groups or something.

    Again it'll be a case of a waiting list though. Probably group stuff will have less of a waiting list, since it's not one on one treatment.

    I don't think I would dare attend a support group even if I found one.... :eek:
    But I think it could be useful to try another form of treatment as it were.

    Its not as scary as you might think, as everyone has been through exactly the same feelings and will be very understanding and welcoming.
