If you like Type O you'll probably like Before The Rain.

Just had a listen and you're right. I like them. :)
    Thanks for that. :)

I'm going to go to bed now. My head hurts a lot. :(

Much love to everyone and many hugs.

    Hey all

Rough day today, on 40mg cipramil for depression/anxiety and starting to suffer from recurrent migraines again.. (not hellish 2 day events but bad enough) What should I do, see the doc and get something else? Anyone else had similar? Trying to change diet also (cut out cheese/choc etc..). Hope everyone else is doing ok it's a hellish disease and I hope we can help each other xx

Big (((((((((((((((hug))))))))))))) Rose, you are having a hard time of it.Your boss sounds a right pain in the a*** glad you are getting your holiday sounds like you need it lol.Hope you are feeling better tomorrow its proberly the drink making you feel rough and all the stress from your boss won't be helping. Are you going anywhere or just stopping at home? if you are not going away hope the weather is fine and you can take some nice walks in the fresh air with your dog. That will do you the world of good.
As to your job there must be some sort of complaints system,do you have a contract of employment?the details are usually in that and if your workmate would back you up as to how your boss spoke to you that would be a great help.

    hello hun
lets see think this colour s a nice one
so how r u doing atm?
yeah bosses can be a right pain in the...erm bum
Yes def in need of a break, in more ways than one as it were.
I am feelin better now than i was on the weekend, there was just an awful lot of things that all happened within the space of 24 hours, and it all built up to an explosion. Dont know why, but drink seems to help. I know only to well that its a depressant , so wheres the sense in that? But i havent drank since friday, so musta shook me up something rotten :o
Yes i am going away, going down to London for a wee while, leave for Croydon on weds :T:D

As to my boss, my work mates would back me up definately, im not the only one she has a go at. there are others that once i prob get the ball rolling, others would come forward. But have i got the strength? One thing i know, is i havent came all this way through everything i have been thru, to get knocked down by people like her. so im gonna fight, just dont know how hard yet.
    How r u doing?

    Hope your ok
    huggles

  • Hey all

    Hope you re all OK.

Never posted on here, actually I've just discovered the thread. I've just spend 40 minutes reading pages and pages.

Just wanted to say that even though some things you are discussing seem quite sad, a really nice vibe comes out of this thread.

Check out a band called "Mesh" kind of depeche mode synthpop sounding, depressing music but ironically cheers me up :)
