Is it with penny flights?

If so either just book them again as 2 separate bookings - the 4 of you with passsports as 1 booking and another one for the guy with a driving license.
It will be a lot cheaper with just 1 airport check in fee as 4 of you can then check in online.
I don't know if theres an option to take 1 persons name off the original booking if you look under manage my flights. If there is you could just cancel your friend then make another booking just for him with airport check in.

Just book driving licence guy as a separate booking

Ryanair don't care if only 4 people turn up on a 5 person booking

The flexible dates option is still there if you access the booking screen through the "Book Now" option at the top of the Home Page. As mentioned before it is only +/- 3 days and not nearly as good as the old method which checked (I think) 20 days.

They really have got problems with the website! That's the page where the 'flexible' box disappeared yesterday. It's back now!!!

The site is now complete crap.
There`s no way you can see the lowest prices over a period anymore.
You used to be able to get the prices for up to 20 days, but not now.
