SCAM win a Hummer with Own My World

I don't know if anyone else has had any dealings with this company, but I bought a ticket for £10 to be entered into a draw to win a Hummer. After the closing date there was no mention of the winner, I phoned the company and was told that as they had not sold enough tickets, they were refunding people. This was about 8 months ago, I have not been refunded, the website is no longer available and neither is the phone number. Does anyone know if I can take this matter further. I do know the person who set up the company, and his home address. Thanks in advance.

hi this looks like a scam,you should NEVER pay to enter a comp or to recive the prize,as for your tenner i would honestly say forget about it as its not worth trying to get it back,plus have you reported it to trading standers???
