Address to Complain to Natwest

Does anyone have an address that I can use to complain to Natwest about poor customer service?

I've done a google search but can't find it. The address given to me over the phone was that of a mailing house and I want to complain to Natwest directly.

You can write to the Customer Relations Manager (address below). Please quote your account number, branch sort code, details of your complaint and what you’d like the Bank to do to resolve it.

I too have a problem with Natwest and the problem would be better addressed if it was put into writing.

Include all details about why you have had poor service, and ask them what compensation they are prepared to offer for your inconvenience and to persuade you to stay with natwest.
I just got £25 from them, but to be honest would rather have a bank that had a clue what it was doing
