There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

Did anyone have trouble getting lovefilm points?

Awful trouble! I sent off screenshots of all the signup pages, my link through from the PB page & they still said I didn't join up. I sent a copy of the email & told them I wasn't too pleased about all this proof when it was plain I had signed up through them & after 3 or 4 emails backwards & forwards I had my points manually added by them. I've just started to chase up the other 150 points for staying a member for 3 months - can see I'm going to have just as much trouble with those too
Sad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out

I am now thinking that I will use the links with Nectar instead of PB, it seems I have to chase every point these days. I never have problems with Nectar they always add the points I should receive.

hi, My partner has just started pg and is using this site. But when he uses the links to connect to the comps etc it goes automatically to my login on pg. I've logged out of here and pg and still it doesnt seem to work.
    Any help?

i find that by far the simplest method of keeping two accounts totally separate is to get a second browser i use mozilla firefox but others are available. one of you use internet explorer and the other uses the separate browser, if you do the klicks at opposite ends of the day (1 morning / 1 evening whenever posible) would be a extra safety mechanism. hth

i had similar problems with them, for lovefilm, just told them Lovefilm had charged me and they then gave me the points no proof for me after that.
