Is there anywhere I can check my date of birth? It was my birthday last week and I've not got my birthday points, not sure if i put the right DOB in. I'd rather check that first than make a fool of myself

There doesn't seem to be anywhere on the site you can check now. But lots of people have had to chase them up for birthday points. I did and eventually got them. Just tell them when your birthday was and that you didn't get the birthday points. I think there are some technical issues. Good luck - and don't give up, just keep chasing them.

Some people have said they got 100 birthday points - I only got 50
