I always use Roomex because they were so reliable and tracked promptly. Until December they used to track well within 24 hours which is amazing for Pigsback as it was exactly what the write up claimed.

Last time I used them (February) they took almost 48 hours which was disappointing but this time it is worse again. Why state 'within 24 hours' when they really mean ' up to 4 days later & after being reminded'?

What a shame PB consistently shoots itself in the foot by ignoring the important fact that it is a business & has a legal responsibility to honour its own terms and conditions :rolleyes:.
