    Hmmm - I reckon I stand a good chance.
Will have a quick scan for today.
Edinburgh was great..... in the end. I missed my flight. Got a flat on the way to the airport and had locking wheelnut (& no correct tool). Nevermind - Got recovered all the way to a garage at my destination (well, Bristol - not Edinburgh).
£70 lighter courtesy of sleazyjet but for the most part I spent Tesco clubcard deals vouchers once there ;)
Welcome back; sorry to hear your trip didn't go smoothly.
Good luck with your selection today.

    Don't give up.....

I emailed them back and asked them what their procedure was regarding how the ensure that all members get the same treatment when it comes to missing points...they are now asking for my confirmation emails so that they can look into it for me.

i emailed pigsback member support over my missing points, i got the standard reply send us confirmation emails for verification,i sent two emails from catalouge requests and pigs back said they are not confirmation emails even though it did say this at top of the page. I sent them a second email much longer pointing out that all offers on pigsback are the responsibility of the site owners, and not the advertisers. Pigsback are responsible for monitoring their site and offers that are advertised. it is not the clients responsibilty to do the job of pigsback,if they can not do what it says they could find themselves at odds with advertising standards for false advertising. I have just got 200 points added manually for visit london and plum prizes. getting points from pigsback is becoming difficult, poor customer service and lack of care by pigsback is making my view of the site as a waste of time. no click throughs for me today.

You could be right - does that include points from wins? Mine says 180, I have made 2 10 piont bets this month and the rest have been 5 points

I am still waiting for Roomex points to be credited to my account, more than 48 hours after booking. (Site claims credit within 24 !)

Tried sending an enquiry via the PB site, but it appears to be playing up = I have not had the 'mail sent' pop-up, just a 'page not available' pop-up.

Any one else had this problem?

I never got any replies to the one I sent through the site so I've just been sending them directly from my email
