Really strange thing just happened! I cleared cookies so I could register for Kids Love London as OH already done it on his account and when I went back into my PB a/c it said I had 4515 points, not the 745 I had yesterday. Tried to get into piggybank to see what was going on and it refused my password continually, despite having my details at the top!

Unfortunately, when I logged out and in again the password worked and the extra points had vanished! Oh well, another long wait for the next voucher....!!:(

Thanks to all the members on here who encouraged me to persist with my December shopping points. I finally got them manually added today. Only 3 months wait and weekly e-mails.

By the way - the e-mail was form someone called Lynn and she said that Rachel is no longer working at Pigsback.

Thanks to all for the encouragement.

Perhaps the question can be added to the FAQ, like Can the vouchers be used online as well as instore?

    ?

It's a good question, but I think the answer is "It depends on the vouchers ..." AFAIK John Lewis can be used on either, because they have a code you can enter when shopping online. Most of the rest SEEM to be in-store only. But I'm no expert!
