Thanks Jules for the crossword answers. Do you think they have reinstated the piggy points as very few were bothering to do it.

oh no pb better not be starting with this now :mad: ive just had a 'discussion' with rachel on email about piggy points for the vodafone sim, she said there always were terms and conditions in the money matters section, but i didnt see any and I had a good read before I ordered it.

I agree kneeby they are making far too many mistakes and taking it out on us, they shouldnt have offers for points if they cant deal with people taking them up and making use of them :mad:

I opened up the A&L acc and I await points too.

This happened to me, so I sent an enquiry asking them to confirm which was the right amount and got a reply saying the extra 25 would be credited and would show up by tomorrow. Was actually quite surprised by this, going by what everyone else has been saying.

There definately wasnt terms and conditions on vodafone, i was the one that posted about it, i ordered a sim card also and when i got the 2000 pps i quickly ordered £20 boots vouchers, i have had the vouchers this week it must have been to late for them to cancel but my account is now -1200 pps.

my friend signed up last night and was credited with only 75 points, i told he to email pigsback and the extra 25 points showed up 2 hours later;)

I ordered a sim card too, the points were credited and I ordered £30 HMV vouchers, I received Arcadia vouchers for some reason and now I'm also in the minus state of points.

Surely if they (actually) had stipulated terms and conditions on the site then they would have known not to have credited your pigsback account to begin with anyway.
