I got hit with this a few months back (dodgy P2P download). I was lucky, I spotted it running and downloading more !!!!!! from a ownload site. I locked the internet off with the internet lock on Zonealarm to stop it downloading more bits (not quick enough though, I still had a few bits and peices).

I can't remember all the processes I used to get rid of it. It was a !!!!!!! I used a combination of scans (Norton, AdAware, Spybot, HijackThis). Knocked it out from running with EndItAll and Process Explorer (first), and had to make some manual changes to the registry before I got rid of all the bits associated with this malware.
