which way to shuffle

hi ive got a new credit card to help my partner out with his debt he has

£4800 on halifax limit is £5250 14%
£2197 on egg limit is £3000 14%
£1888 on barclaycard limit is £2050 13%
£2597 on virgin limit is £3000 16%

my card only has a £2100 limit, its a virgin card, what way round should we be doing this? we want as much on 0% as possible

is he likley to get 0% deals on his existing cards once they have been cleared?

    My preference would be shift the Barclaycard to the new card and transfer one of the others to the Barclaycard for a life of balance at 6.9%....then at least you're in the right direction...re new cards? who knows?
