Charged for free month... rip off

could anybody give me the correct address for sky customer services to write to. i would rather write than email.

charged as soon as u took it out?? u sure its not an advance on next month?? as u usually pay in advance...

What ever you do dont bother ringing them customer service on the phone is awful- dont waste your time.

Chuckley...the first mth i was overcharged 19.73 for free trial in advance. so this mth they only refunded 10.00. So in simple terms that sky do not seem to understnd the SAID free trial has cost me nearly a tenner. Plus of course the cost of the fone calls trying to get an operator to understand simple money matters.
instead they tell me the charges are made up from xxx amount of days times by xxx amount of ££ divided by XXX amount of times discounted etc etc etc.
now i am certainly not stupid but i am dumbfounded as to how this company work out the bills.
I'm sure it is a definate ploy to rip us off.
well a message for mr sky , we mse users are not ones to be ripped off.
