Slightly cheaper bus tickets
If you live in a town that is served by ARRIVA buses and Stagecoach buses. Stagecoach sell a day ticket called an explorer for £2 less than ARRIVA and they are valid on all companies.
Just jump on a stagecoach bus, buy your explorer and jump off again. Or next time you are in a 'Stagecoach town' go into their travel office and buy scratch off cards which are valid for a couple of years!!
I know this applies in Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells (I think you can get the cheaper tickets from the Brighton buses)
