Barclaycard - Not amused!!

I had my card stolen in November, cancelled it right away but had transactions on my last statement from where it had been used in Barcelona! I rang B-card and they sent me a claim form, that made out they were doing me a huge favour by refunding the money that was spent.
I have since got a new MBNA card and am about to close my account with Barclaycard, thank god!! I am still fuming that they let such a security issue happen! I have asked for an explaination of how and why this happened but so far been ignored.
