I have received a paypal payment from a buyer who just 5 mins later has paid again for the same item. My question is since i have incurred fee's on both transactions how do i refund the over payment and not lose out on the paid fee. Regards....freddy

Hi
Just go to the transaction details in paypal for that payment and click on refund at the bottom .

Thank you Jaffa, so after I give a full refund no one has lost out any money. That sounds fair to me as i am sure honest mistakes do occur......cheers freddy0
