Just telephoned Virgin, spoke to Brian, i explained the situation about my voucher, i recieved it on 15/03/08 and the expiry date was 13/03/08, he apologised and put me on hold for 1 moment, then told me id have to post my voucher back to them and they would then post the correct one back out to me, there is no need to send the gift pack just the voucher, along with name address details, i hope there gonna reiburse me for my envelope and postage stamp !!!!! :mad: Not sure if i should post Recorded delivery or not, i think i should, anyone else ???

Can I speak to Jessica ,she is out of office today Brian I spoke to can you help no as Jessica deals with all emails,is it an automated response,No Jessica deals with all responses herself.

Just ask at the PO for a proof of postage

surely they should just be sending new ones out? if they're out of date its not like they're valid anyway
