yes they did toniq thank you.. it only took me forever lolololol....I think i must be in need of sleep.. the baby had me up half the night worrying ... and then this morning he spilled red grapejuice all over the carpet which i have been scrubbing out and then with all the clicking... think i have lost the plot lol.. but today will be my day to win i can just tell!!! Just rang them about my problem win and they checking with microsoft please all cross fingers for me she also told me they are very busy and checking emails as we spoke. hope this helps sfh
