I need to lose about 3 or 4 stone put on so much weight since being off sick :eek:

Ditto SFH. Have been off sick since 6th Jan 2007 - and the medication I'm on makes you put on weight and makes you lazy....I have put on 3 stone in a year :eek: :eek: However, I did start off at 61/2 stone :eek: :eek: :eek: I've got about a stone to lose now....crumble not helping :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl::A Thank you to all who post xxx :A
