Its meant to drive you nuts!
There is no pattern to time,
the only tip i can give yu, refresh by looking at the time on firefox once the screen refreshes the time comes up before cards so use that as your guide,though if you are on IE you wont have the time refresh properly xxx

Well I'm on IE and alternate between F5 and typing random letters & hitting search - no luck at all & I've been playing this for a week now :(:(

I NEED a pamper day (or something!!!) as we're trying for another baby & are having treatment - it can be quite stressful! Sorry if too much info - I'm not going for the sympathy vote, just felt like sharing
