Just got my 'deluxe picnic hamper' delivered. Got a phone call yesterday to tell me bag had changed but contents were exactly the same.
Well they weren't, it was completey different, never got half of the stuff meant to. Mean to get 2 bottles of wine, jam, loads of chocs, caramels, peanuts, biscuits etc etc.

Never got any of that, got 2boxes of tea, two coffee and a supermarket bar of chocolate. Phoned to complain n he was like aren't u happy etc n i was like no lol, u've sent tea and coffee instead of £50 worth of food lol.

Phoning back later apparently but whatevr u use ur vouchers on, i'd phone to check what ur gonna get as mine is absolutely nothing like what it's supposed to be. xx
