    right better go dish up dinner spag bol for the men folk and liver yeuk yeuk for me as doc said I need more iron etc and not only in tablet form

    eat loads of raw spinach huhn,you can snack on it when u like,saves u eating nasty,i done that while i was pregnant.

    chocolate has loads of iron eat dark chocolate by the ton and you'll be fine :EasterBun

    Just thought I'd ask, but did the Doctor say to eat liver specifically?
    Only I was told not to eat it during pregnancy as it has high levels of Vitamin A in that isn't good for the baby?
