I'm pressing print screen and trying to paste into paint but whatever I do I just keep pasting : grin :<!-- / message --><!-- sig --> (but without the spaces). The button has PrtSc at the top and SysRq at the bottom so do I have to press another button at the same time maybe???

Jen.eng I am learning too and after having just tried I need to press the Fn button at same time as my PrtSc button but mine is at the bottom with Ins at the top - may be worth trying the Ctrl button at same time.....
