Still trying for my 2nd win, 1st was in the distant past, it must have been a mistake, I'm still waiting for the Virgin Heavies to turn up on my doorstep and demand my vouchers back:D

Has anyone used their gift voucher yet? You can't order online, so I called Virgin, who say you can't order over the phone as it's a gift cheque. I tried to order by post, but the only order form you get is for yet another voucher! As far as I can see I have to use the gift cheque to pay for a voucher. So, I started to fill out the form, and it asks for the 'product code'. But hampers don't have a product code. In fact, there is a disclaimer on the site saying that a voucher for the 'experience' isn't required in this case, the hamper is sent direct to the recipient!

It's all very confusing - especially as I would get a voucher sent to my home address but a hamper sent to work (as I won't be in to take receipt of a hamper!)

Might have to call them again tomorrow...!
