Hi, I've been loitering about while catching up on comps & putting things on ebay etc. (Haven't won yet!)

Does any1 else genuinely think that some people, maybe because of thier computer, internet connection, location etc have absolutely no chance of winning? I do believe this as there have been so many instant win comps where some win and win and win (Oli?) and others are there just as much and don't win once?
My theory: only 50% of those actually have a chance of winning, therefore more prizes to go round those who are actually 'in' the game!!
