Ok, I've downloaded firefox to try that.
It's telling me to download adobe flash player, but when I try to, it just fails.
Anyone any ideas?

just found a blog on another site, It said that bigsnapsearch could not recognize apostrophes before and people just won by typing "I'm sad",
now they have solved the problem

there should then be a link to get it direct from site instead, i had that when d/l it for laptop.
