My dieting is doing really well thanks to you!! I had lost 6lbs but then the weekend took over and I stablised at 3 1/2 in a week - not bad!!

Played squash earlier and its step and tone on Thurs!!

I've not been snapping much today, just had another go on the new toy, my wii, love it, love it, love it.
Haven't got the wii fit yet, but from what SFH mentioned earlier about weight loss, I think that's my next buy.
Although my arm is aching now, I dread to think what it's going to be like in the morning, and I've gotta go to work at 7am:eek:
