I understand the disappointment over HOF.

However from previous posts on here HOF themselves seemed a bit tepid when anyone rang them with queries.

I don't see how Virgin can arrange to include HOF if HOF don't want them to.

If it was the Gokarting that did not want to be included in the promotion then nobody would care or think it was wrong.

I also don't see what this HOF thing has to do with Microsoft's Bigsnap competition rules.

the hof thing has everything to do with bigsnap, if virgin are offering any experience to the value of your cards as a prize, then suddenly decide because we have played for hof we cant anymore, they should state it in the t n cs where it states virgins part of the rules, they are misleading by saying you can pick any experience when u cant, and for the fact we werent privy to this until an mser recieved vouchers with this clause on it, they also included clauses which stopped us treating our children with the vouchers or gifting them as bday presents to family members by stating on a revised batch of vouchers that u have to use them for yourself and have to use yourself the activity booked, so if u fancied treating your parents to orient express because of their revised vouchers u cant.
We dont know if its hof pulling out for definite, we only know what virgin state, if hof had pulled out why are they letting the vouchers from before extra 10 days be used there????...........my point in emailing is to point out the constant change of rules, and no go karting isnt a comparison, its something most people could afford to treat themselves to but a £1000 shopping spree isnt. I know for a fact an mser had planned her boys bday presents with this and because alot of her wins were after extra days she wont be able to do that now.

I understand your point about HOF Toni and I'm in a slightly precarious position as I've got a £2000 HOF application in the post as we speak.

I think you are right to Email and to point out all that you said.

However I think they have the right to withdraw anything they want from the brochure. I also think HOF can do what they like as well.

Even if I might end up gutted. (not by you I hope)
