Hot flushes are one of the worse things about menopause, been there done that, used to have up to 15 a day!
It will be well worth it in the end, be strong (and not too agressive when that bit starts!)

Right, it's HOF day today.....got to get to Leeds & park in 1 piece, then find HOF then survive the experience ...... then find the car ...... then get home in 1 piece and not have a panic attack along the way :eek:
