Thats what I like to hear. :T
I went into town after the game, still in my Chelsea shirt with Lamps on the back, passed a few blokes in ManYoo shirts who glared at me,and this slightly inebriated bloke looked at me and shouted '2-1', I wasn't sure if I was going to get abuse but he shook my hand and said 'get in!'. :rotfl:
The drunks are usually quite funny :rotfl: when we went to a few games last year there were lots of drunk people standing outside the pub and Roman was in the crowd walking along with us, they all started shouting his name, Ro-man Ro-man, he was very polite and waved at them0 -

Thats what I love about football, the conversations I have had with complete strangers, and you have the same passion, its great!A cloudy day is no match for a sunny disposition~ William Arthur Ward ~0 -
I went to my first ever footie match last year.
I'd been wanting to go to one for ages.
Used to follow Sheffield United when I lived there, and now follow Norwich as live here, but always keep my eye on Blackpool, as originally from there.
Well, last year went to see Norwich vs Blackpool in the FA Cup, and absolutely loved it.
The Blackpool crowd were soooo noisy, wouldn't have believed all the noise was coming from just the small corner they were in.
So I'm hoping to see some more matches, especially when we move back to Blackpool.0 -

I agree, I love watching oh when he watches a game, he gets so animated and if dd's boyfriend is watching too it's hilarious, you see them jump out of their seat at the same time, very comical :rotfl:0 -

Good girl! Football matches get a bad press but there is NOTHING like going to a game. I have taken a few female friends to the Bridge for a game. Gone in the Shed End Bar first, then the game, chatted to others fans and even though they weren't footie fans, they loved it!A cloudy day is no match for a sunny disposition~ William Arthur Ward ~0 -

You can't beat a live match, the atmosphere is brilliant.
