SFH you will have to let me know what its like when you try it. we were wondering about getting one, read about someone losing 6lbs in one week using one but wondered if I would be able to do anything on it without it killing me

They have a large weight limit on it of 23 stone and 1 1b so no excuse for anyone

Philsu there are quite a few things you can do which are more balancing than anything else like heading football balls, skiing etc, I am off now to have another go and shall report back later (hopefully with a reduced Wii age ).
