It is an absolute nightmare trying to arrange (what few) appts you have to suit people, but there is no need for surgery staff to be rude about it.

I'm so glad we have open booking, none of this on the day rubbish! (but it's all down to dr/patient ratio and there are too many people and not enough drs to see them sometimes!)

I just say - I don't make the rules, I just break them!

General Terms and Conditions

1.9 The overall winners will be decided on by a public vote.

3 Wedding Invitations.org.uk Terms and Conditions

4 Rat Pack Terms and Conditions

Yes they confirmed the win, £50. Already in post, they e-mailed but I didn't receive it.
OH says he's going to put in a complaint about the extension.
