Can someone help me please, i was happily searching away / clicking and even pressed F5 everyone now and again to make sure the 'last time won' hadnt changed. But even though i had done this and clicked refresh it didnt tell me that someone had won when the time had passed?? Am I doing something wrong?

when i booked mine with oxford street they said they had no appts till end of may, i said no good as i have an occassion i need to buy for, he then said its my choice , i can shop by myself whenever i want and they will honour makeover and goodie bag whenver i want x they really had no issue, he even offered to send vouchers to a closer store, to which i replied no im more than happy to shop at oxford street, im only 28 miles away, but idiot here didnt account for traffic in and out of london xxxx im sure you will have no issues xxx
