Not sure if there's a copy of the t&c's on this thread, will look in a minute but these claim rules seem a bit different:

1. In order to claim a Prize, the Winner must click on the link displayed on the matching Snap Cards which will link to the Winners page where a unique PIN number will be allocated to the Winner. The Winner must make a note of this PIN number and provide a contact email address or telephone number , quote the PIN number displayed and provide details of name, telephone number, date of birth, email address, postal address and, if applicable, the Prize option of the Winner's choice.
2. No alternatives to the Prizes in paragraph 9 are available.
3. The Winners need to keep a record of their unique PIN numbers since if lost the number cannot be reissued. If a PIN number is lost the Prize cannot be claimed and will be forfeited. Users must not pass their PIN number to another person, as to do so shall constitute forfeiting the Prize.
4. The Rules and conditions of any Third Party supplier of Prizes may apply and must be accepted and complied with by the Winners. Microsoft accepts no responsibility in respect of the Prizes.

Don't remember having to put date of birth and telephone number before!
