It doesn't do that for me. The only Safe Mode I have seen is on that page that I described in my first post on the techie thread. It gave me the options of selecting Safe Mode or Start Windows normally etc...and I have tried them all but it just takes me back to the same page again, with the selection instructions.

I am SO going to sign up for a PC Troubleshooting Course, I get so frustrated when I can't fix it and I don't understand kind peeps' advice.

lou as puter comes on before thats screen comes on press F8 like mad dont stop till that screen has comeon fully .try that for a start
