I will get going with the diet proper on Monday, after the final click session.
I'm going to make an appointment with the Dr again soon, mainly to tell her that the Orlistat didn't work and I've stopped taking it. I think the menopause might have something to do with my weight as well, not excusing myself but my hormones are all over the place at the moment, will just have to try extra hard.

I've not had the start of the menopause confirmed as yet but have had the hot flushes for a couple of years already and periods are 2 and a bit months apart, got one today, hubby has been warned not to annoy me

I'll probably leave going to the doc's for a few more weeks as she might not be impressed that I didn't try the tablets for longer, there is no way I'm taking them again, horrible things.

I'll be trying the Slimming World diet but at home :T

Think I am in exactly same boat as you Sparky plus have M.E as well so can't exercise much think that's why put all weight on in first place but now can't seem to shift it. Tried pills from doctor but made me feel really ill, had to stop taking after short time
Going to give polo's diet a go starting Monday - after bigsnap out of the way
