Polobint sent me dieting info I have to make an effort!!

She will be my incentive - now I know that is NOT the right word!! She will be my mento perhaps

Anyway she made the effort to send me info so the least I can do is make the effort to (attempt) follow it!!

When I am skinny (OK I can dream!!) It will be down to polobint!!

Im typing real words and that aint working either.Just feels really hard to win on this and you'd think a lot would not bother now Necker has been won but maybe it wasnt the main appeal for most people anyway.
