You can get it from health food shops or Boots, I find the spray is better than the drops and they do pastilles now but not sure I'd like them.

Have got my rescue remedy out....never think to take it for myself, always for the DD.....thanks for reminding about it.....just had a squirt so should be calmer soon xxx

what a crappy day i've had.. major row with lazy daughter, son has busted my printer.. cost me an arm and a leg again at the vets and near enough missed every snap since 12 by seconds!

looks like its back to 1 an hour at least?.. phew, can rest the fingers a little and do some comps :rolleyes:
