As cystolic said, Rescue Remedy, it's fantastic stuff, I never use dto be able to go on boat trip when we went on holiday, now I can go on full day ones with no problem, has even been known to calm an airiated dd at times too :D
You can get it from health food shops or Boots, I find the spray is better than the drops and they do pastilles now but not sure I'd like them.
    Spray taste like brandy/whisky :D

Thanks Sparky, Cistolic and Rogart for your wishes too
...... I am now sitting here blubbling like a baby :o You are all really lovely xxx
I guess I must be more scared than I liked to admit and now I'm sitting here on my own and in isolation for a week now, I feel lonely and I want a hug.
Have got my rescue remedy out....never think to take it for myself, always for the DD.....thanks for reminding about it.....just had a squirt so should be calmer soon xxx
:A Thank you to all who post xxx :A
