How do you make sure you don't double up on a comp if you use 2 sites, I can never remember which ones I have entered?

I use the cmp ending thread and as many other ones as I can fit in, one day I will be completely up to date. I also never enter the ticket comps or the holiday ones unless its a family one to butlins, haven etc or disney world - that is my dream win.
