I was completly kicked off ebay before..
they kept ignoring my emails.. funny how the next email sent i explained that i had contacted a major london law firm regarding the issue..
with two hours my ebay account was up and running

Could do with your help - Julie - OH was suspended from ebay and then they suspended me too for being at same address!! I was gutted - used to ebay all the time!

Im doing a get ahead day, gonna do all loquax closing lists for this week then back here to rip through loads of pages of comps, so at least ive got an easier week, if snap is down 82 hours then its wednesday 07:13 its back , xxx Hope it doesnt go that long xx

Couldn't agree more!

got home about 2 this morning and was like...........:eek::eek::eek: ......it came back 2 mins after OH MADE me stop trying to get back on............and 82 went!!..........had a rant at him :mad::mad:.... would have been in with good chance of winning etc etc......
then came to look here and found that no-one here won and felt sooooooo much better:D didn't aplogise to him tho:p

Morning everyone, weird isn't it.
Got up just before 4am, Orangelily was the only one here, no snap, so I went back to bed.
Can't remember what I used to do with my Sunday mornings. I suppose we shouuld all get stuff done in case we get snap back again.

well i was kicked off for selling samples..
i was not just surspened but completey banned.. there was however a loop hole..

After contacting the london law firm they explained that you could only sell the items if they had been paid for and as a sample was free you could not sell on, but over christmas HOF was selling bags of mixed samples as lucky raffel type thing, so technically i had payed for them upon explain this and threating action from my legal team, didnt take long recived a lovley email and aplogy from them, i did promise to stop selling the samples, shame as i was making a fortune i used to actually have bin linners full of product samples (dior face cream, make up etc) but now selling pamper hampers.
