Had a few chats with the bloke organising it. We want to go September after the Olympics. Just as well we can't go when the Olympics are on, with all this trouble about it! He thinks the hotel might be having a refurb in Sept so we might have to go in Oct, but he is double checking.

Don't know how tight your budget is Lou but when we went I asked if we could pay to extend the holiday & go to Shanghai - seeing as we were going all that way & would probably never go again, unless we won another comp that is, they were quite willing to add other things & for us to fly back from a different place we just paid the difference. Something to think about anyway.

Well unless we have another windfall until then, probably not. We couldn't afford to go on holiday this year as we have other priorities so it won't be a free prize if we end up spending a lot of money on the trip. Just take a bit of dosh for spendies.
