Thanks for getting in touch.

As you’ve noted, 24 prizes are issued each day. The majority of times a prize is issued every hour, but very occasionally this may not be the case if certain circumstances arise. If these circumstances were to arise, two prizes would be issued the following hour. But we can assure you that 24 prizes are always issued within a period of 24 hours.

Apologies for any confusion caused and we hope you’re enjoying the competition!
