My hubby has just got back, didn't catch anything though.

Well my date and walnut cake was a disaster.
It wasn't cooked in the middle. Had to throw it all out. Although the edges did taste nice:rotfl:
I followed the recipe a freind at work gave me, she brings them in every now and then and it is extrememly yummy.
Will have to try again this week and cook for longer at a lower temp.

And Utd just drew, so we are only 3 points behind. :j:j:j

And I lost another pound today, so only 3lbs to go to target weight. :D
