Youve lost me you dont have to be logged in to win, i will never log in as they then have a right to see what u r doing,
I havent a clue about png codes, it might have been an invalid win where no unique id was present hence someone else claimed with a valid code, im sure no-one would steal it, how would they know which wins are claimed or not?, Id put it down to experience and make sure pop up blocker off and use firefox to be doubly careful xxxxx

if I remember rightly, you posted at the time that you thought you had won, but the cards hadn't turned properly. We now know that is is possible to work out what the last win was, so I would advise anyone who has refreshed over a win, or not noted code etc not to post. Lurkers will be able to claim your win, saying they won at the correct time and saying which cards.

If anyone is unsure, I suggest PMing one of the "gurus" on this board.

The unique code is the bit you get to when "you have won" pops up and then the search box changes to click here to get your prize - you click that and it shows you your code. If it has gone wrong it would have said due to a lack of a unique valid code this is an invalid win. ( I had that 6 times when it went all wonky donkey)

You don't need to be logged in to windows to play as nothing goes through there iykwim, if anything people have been reporting it to go wrong when they are logged in so advise against it.

AAh now it makes more sense, it was a refreshed win.

Hmmm....yes, unfortunately there are some nasty people who have been lurking, and thanks to the snap website makes it even easier for them to claim.

Don't let it put you off playing - you are owed a win if that is what happened! and the bad karma will come back to those who stole it!

Just perhaps try searching for letters instead of refreshing - I don't trust myself to refresh!!!
