Hi all

Just need to ask if anyone has also experienced this :mad:

I 'won' at 9.03am this morning and clicked on the panel that says
click here to verify details. (The cards hadn't even turned properly by this
time so didn't know how much I had won). So, I clicked and it said sorry, we
can't verify your details because you are not logged in. But I was!!
Have I just got to face facts that I've lost out? or is there something I can
do? It's really put me off

Turned page on this morning 5 am. snapped didnt win, went back to sleep OMG 8.45 men ringing doorbell and not been able to snap all day. Oh these strange men in my house doing my head in. New dog barking at em all the time.
Hubby away, his niece 37 died. Me getting stressed cos what they doing to my house which isnt special but the best I could make it, finances considered (Cried when I started thinking) Huh, is a house so important.
PS. Is Flaming Ice OK

I think someone else had that problem but it's posted way back in the thread somewhere.

You could try checking the cache if you're using Internet Explorer. That was also posted way back but I kept a copy of that one. If you can find a copy of the card values there you can use it to claim.

IE users-
Select "Tools" ¦ "Internet Options"
About halfway down the window, select "Settings" under "Temporary Internet Files"
Then in the next window select "View Files"
(They are stored by default on win2000 & XP in the following folder:
c:\Documents and Settings\user.machine\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files).
Then look down the list for any entries at the time of your win.

The url you need to find is - http://try.bigsnapsearch.com/scripts...aderCardsMatch

Next you need to find the 2 cards that matched and should be listed one after the other. They will be a png file such as-
http://www.bigsnapsearch.com/cards/cardFrontKarting.png
http://www.bigsnapsearch.com/cards/cardFrontKarting.png etc etc

And not -
http://www.bigsnapsearch.com/cards/cardFrontKarting.png
http://www.bigsnapsearch.com/cards/cardFrontHelicopterThrill.png

Copy and paste the png url into your browser to see the value of your cards.

Telephone the claims dept with the information you have gathered and good luck.
