How do you access the live search? I've installed it and can see buttons and search boxes up in the toolbars in both FF and IE but if I try to use them, it resorts to basic windows live and the virgin cards disappear. :think: I've checked my desktop as sfh suggested but the only thing there is an icon to install it, which I've already done.

have you got popup blocker down? try closing your browsers, and restarting comp x ive got it in both ie7 and firefox ( i use the firfox one because it refreshes properleyx )

Yeah, I put them in the allow pop-ups list and I've checked twice using the method posted on this thread. When I installed it, I only checked the 'add to tabs' because I didn't want it to be my default search or my home page. Did you check any of the others?

Edit: Going to bed now to catch up on some sleep, ended up doing virtually a whole nighter (went to bed after the 6am one and up at 7.15am) with no luck again.
