Why not have an hour or two off the computer, make a cuppa and come back refreshed, i was like that last week, things on my mind at home and that and every time i missed a win i felt terrible and just wound my self up so i went for a swim, came back and was ok then.

oh yeah and i didnt win tho.........hope you feel better soon:D

thanks :)you'd think i'd had a big enough break since 5pm yesterday:rolleyes: but was still on here just not clicking.
i always feel terrible when i miss a win:rotfl:

I think i'll take your advice though, the kids are hungry...they just asked what time lunch was, so i need to get them some breakfast:o

hope yr baby feels better soon, my oh has 'man flu' at moment:rolleyes:
but its awful when little ones are not feeling 100%

Aww, man flu is a hell of thing isnt it:rotfl:

I hate seeing my LO ill since she had meningitis last year she just seems to be ill all the time, she catches everything.

Hope you feel in a better mood soon sassi. I swear by Rescue Remedy, it's probably psychological but it seems to work for me every time.

morning every one!!!! best time for my laptop to break isnt it!!!!! cant go on this between the hours of 6pm -9am!!! grrrr.
think i will be a virgin virgin forever (touch wood) as my boss is in today and i dont think snapping will pass off as constructive 'work'! x:D
