They seem to have a software update happening the search went virtually down all day ,then 14 prizes dished out in one go at 17:00 so on that logic ( an mser rang And was told its up late or tomorrow morning, if tomorrow it could be 7am ish x) xxx hth

Was just saying to OH that I never get the free trials!! Have done about 6 surveys now in about 8 months - not as many as you!!

Do you get household questions emails? these usually pre-empt the surveys.
They usually only take people on whose profile matches what they're looking for, so I'm surprised you don't receive any.

Have you tried emailing them? they are really helpful.
