i won but didnt see a code, so i think i must of lost my prize

did you match pictures and values? when i won it said "you won" and press to claim, then that box had a code which i could email to myself and instructions to email them or ring them to claim my prize xxx

I've had this twice where it has said I have won but when I clicked through it said I hadn't - I emailed them but unless you have a code they can't do anything, very strange. Congrats to all winners though - definitely seems worth keeping going on this comp!
